Great Neck, N.Y.-based RealNet Holdings has filed applications for a four-story, four-unit residential building at 31 Brighton 2nd Place, in Brighton Beach. The project will measure 4,344 square feet. Its full-floor residential units should average 980 square feet apiece, so either rental apartments or condominiums could be in the works. The 40-foot-wide, 1,800-square-foot property was occupied by a dilapidated two-story house until that was demolished in the first half of 2015. The Ocean Parkway stop on the Q train is three blocks away.
