The affordable housing lottery has launched for 37 Hillside Avenue, nine-story mixed-use building in Fort George, Manhattan. Designed by SLCE Architects and developed by Riseboro Community Partnership, the structure yields 164 residences for senior citizens, of at least 62 years of age at the time of application submission. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 56 units for residents at 50 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $0 to $63,550.

Governor Hochul Announces Agreement to Preserve Affordable Housing At Inwood Tower for 30 Years
