TF Cornerstone Secures Retail Tenant for Chelsea Centro at 278 Seventh Avenue in Chelsea, Manhattan

TF Cornerstone will soon welcome Chip City Cookies, an expanding New York City-based bakery, as a retail tenant at 278 Seventh Avenue in Chelsea, Manhattan. Designed by FXCollaborative, the 14-story rental property known as Chelsea Centro opened in 2001 and comprises around 133,000 square feet. Chip City Cookies is expected to open at the beginning of next year.

Permits have been filed for a three-story residential building at 66-73 79^th Place, in Middle Village, Queens. The site is thirteen blocks away from the Middle Village-Metropolitan Avenue subway station, end of the line for M trains. Robert Fabian is listed as behind the applications.
