The site is four blocks away from the Church Avenue Subway Station, serviced by the B and Q trains. The commercial Flatbush Avenue is just four blocks away from the site, providing future tenants with access to a plethora of retail amenities. Anfiri Realty LLC is responsible for the project.

Just over a year ago, YIMBY reported that Related’s Fifteen Hudson Yards had reached its eighth floor. The tower had begun its upward journey to a marketing count of 88 levels, and now, it has officially reached its pinnacle, 910 feet above the streets down below.

The structure will rise at 52-41 Center Boulevard, in the Hunters Point neighborhood. The project is part of TF Cornerstone’s Hunters Point South Towers, and will be the shorter of two new skyscrapers.
