The new Pace Gallery at 540 West 25th Street is on track for its official opening this coming September, and today, YIMBY has a look at fresh renderings for the project. The site is visible walking along the High Line, in West Chelsea.
Sales have officially launched for The Hayworth, Ceruzzi Properties’ latest residential development in Carnegie Hill, Manhattan. Located on the northeast corner of 86th Street at 1289 Lexington Avenue, the 21-story building will contain 61 condominiums that range in size from two to five-bedroom layouts. There will also be ground-floor retail.
Permits have been filed for a five-story mixed-use building at 150-23 Barclay Avenue in Flushing, Queens. Located between 150th Street and Murray Street, the interior lot is one block east of the Murray Hill LIRR station, serviced by the Port Washington train. EPOS Development is listed as the owner behind the applications.
Permits have been filed for an eight-story residential building at 3631 Johnson Avenue in Spuyten Duyvil, The Bronx. Located between West 236th Street and Oxford Avenue, the interior lot is closest to the 238th subway station, serviced by the 1 train. Danny Lau under the Great Gold Summit LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The 50-story tower at 25 Park Row is now hurtling towards completion. The project is being designed by COOKFOX Architects and developed by L&M Development Partners. Sales have already launched for the 110 residences, which are being handled and marketed by Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group. The exterior is continuing to be assembled as it rises up the reinforced concrete structure, which topped-out last year.
