Brooklyn-based Driggs Management has filed applications for a four-story, three-duplex-unit residential building at 179 Devoe Street, in eastern Williamsburg, around the block from the L train’s Graham Avenue stop. The building will measure 3,800 square feet in total, with duplex units averaging 1,265 square feet. Private roof space is also planned, and Hustvedt Culter Architects is the applicant of record. Permits were filed in May to demolish the existing three-story, three-unit townhouse, which traded hands for $1,100,000 in October 2014.

Updated Renderings Of Hoxton Hotel At 97 Wythe Avenue, Williamsburg

Earlier this week, YIMBY revealed the planned nine-story, 175-key Hoxton Hotel at 97 Wythe Avenue, in northern Williamsburg, and now the project’s designer, Perkins Eastman, sent along updated renderings showing slight tweaks in the façade. The 59,910 square-foot building will include some form of restaurant operations on the terraced second floor and the roof. Sydell Group is developing, and the site’s former single-story structure was demolished in late 2014.

Urban View Realty has filed applications for a five-story, six-unit residential building at 320 Humboldt Street, in eastern Williamsburg, three blocks from the the L train stop at Graham Avenue. The building will measure 5,000 square feet, which means units will average 835 square feet. Woody Chen’s InFocus is the applicant of record, and an existing three-story, two-unit wood-framed structure must first be demolished.
