Alchemy’s 35 XV is closing in on its pinnacle, and the cladding is beginning to climb as well. The tower will soon stand 25 stories and 355 feet in height, standing over the new Xavier High School. The facade is somewhat similar to The International Gem Tower’s, though in this case, the stones are inset in metallics rather than seamlessly aligned.
Once complete, 35 XV will hold 55 units. Opening day is set for one year from now, and units are already halfway sold out; the mix of new construction with unparalleled views is a definite draw compared to the surrounding neighborhood, much of which has remained stagnant since the pre-war period.
