The Court Square Blog has spotted on-site renderings at 27-07 43rd Avenue, in Long Island City, where a nine-story, 108-room hotel building is planned. The project has been revised since YIMBY revealed plans in 2014. Foundation work is currently underway, and completion is slated for Spring 2016.
