Gouzhong Lin, doing business as 145-36 Realty LLC, has filed applications for a seven-story, 54-unit mixed-use building spanning the lots 145-34 – 145-42 34th Avenue, in Linden Hill (east of Downtown Flushing). The building will measure 47,515 square feet, which includes 9,850 square feet of medical offices on the bottom two floors. Michael Kang is designing, and the existing row of deteriorating two-story residential buildings — which totaled 10 to 15 units — were approved for demolition earlier this Spring.
