Construction has been completed on the five-story, 10-unit residential building under development at 1485 Gates Avenue, in central Bushwick. The latest building permits indicate it measures 11,017 square feet. Its residential units should average 873 square feet apiece, which mean they could be either condominiums or rental apartments. Amenities include laundry facilities and a rooftop recreational space. Yoel Berkovits is the developer. Beam Group is the design architect, while Joseph A. Mucciolo’s Long Island-based architectural firm is serving as the executive architect. Occupancy is expected soon. YIMBY first reported on the project when new building applications were filed in July of 2014. The Myrtle-Wyckoff Avenues stop on the L and M trains is two blocks away.

The last day of this week again..YIMBY..I don’t want to say goodbye but I still miss you..thanks for progress news and report on development..so this weekend I wish you have a good health and sleep without nightmare..the building appears in a beautiful character, and it’s really stylish brick on type of facade.
This building is fully occupied and the units are rentals, not condos.
