Renderings have been revealed of Asian Americans for Equality Community Development Fund’s planned seven-story, 88,749-square-foot mixed-use commercial project at 133-04 39th Avenue, located on the corner of College Point Boulevard in downtown Flushing.

The 115-foot-tall structure will feature retail space on the ground floor, followed by three floors each of office and community facility space. Asian Americans for Equality (AAFE) will occupy the space on the fourth floor, and some of the community facility spaces will serve as venues for events and exhibitions. The team of JCJ Architecture and Leong Leong are behind the design. The site is currently occupied by AAFE’s existing single-story building. Completion is expected in 2018, Curbed NY reported.

  1. Mixed-use and mixed-race (Asian Americans), interesting in seven-story with space to do activities.
