Construction is complete, and sales have officially begun for a 36-unit building at 554 Fourth Avenue, in Park Slope, Brooklyn. The site is seven blocks away from the 9th Street Subway Station, serviced by the D, F, G, N, R, and W trains. Also nearby is the Gowanus Canal. Residents will start to occupy the 11-story structure by mid-2018. Brookland Capital is responsible for development, and Douglas Elliman’s Tavivian Team will lead sales and marketing.
The 118-foot tall structure yields 37,900 square feet for residential use, along with 4,750 square feet dedicated to commercial-retail use on the ground floor. Amenities for the residents include an outdoor commons terrace, fitness center, package room, and bicycle storage.
Feingold & Gregory Architects is responsible for the design.
