Permits have been filed for a four-story mixed-use building at 2746 Fulton Street, in Cypress Hills, Brooklyn. The site is two blocks away from Van Siclen Avenue Subway Station, serviced by the J and Z trains. The A and C trains are eight blocks away, at another Van Siclen Avenue Subway Station. The major commercial intersection at Broadway Junction is nearby, as is Highland Park. Fulton Developers will be responsible for the project.

The 64-foot tall structure will yield 9,130 square feet of space, with 6,600 square feet dedicated to the residential use, and 700 square feet for commercial use. There will be room for a retail establishment to operate from the cellar and first floor. Nine residences will be created, averaging 733 square feet apiece, indicating rentals.

Studio Gallos Inc will be responsible for the design.

YIMBY’s reported on permits for the site twice before, once earlier this year, and also back in mid-2015. The developer has changed since January, when Blessed Homes LLC was originally listed.

The lot is currently vacant, and an estimated completion date has not been announced.

Please pardon me for using your space: Limited on mixed-use for a four-story building. (Thank you)
