Permits have been filed for a six-story residential building at 165 Malcolm X Boulevard, in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. The site is eight blocks away from the Gates Avenue Subway Station, serviced by the J, M, and Z trains. An anonymous LLC is listed as responsible for the development.
The 66-foot tall structure will yield 10,640 square feet of space, with 7,420 square feet for residential use. 10 apartments will be created, averaging 742 square feet apiece, indicating rentals.
Tenants will have a ground floor lobby and fitness center. Floors two through six will have two units each, with one top-floor apartment extending into a penthouse space to make a duplex.
IMC Architecture is responsible for the design.
Demolition permits have not been filed, and the estimated completion date has not been announced.
