Permits have been filed for a property located at 1226 Decatur Street, in Bushwick, Brooklyn. The location is situated one block west of the Wilson Avenue subway station, which offers service on the L line. Edo Furman will be responsible for the development.
The project is slated to rise 40 feet divided between four stories of space, and will offer up a total of 6,050 square feet of space, with 5,470 square feet of that devoted to residential use. There will be eight new units with an average size of 683 square feet, indicating rentals.
L & C Associates will be responsible for the design.
No demolition permits have been filed as of yet, nor has an estimated completion date been released.
