Permits have been filed for an eight-story residential building at 530 Saint Marks Avenue, in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. The site is two blocks away from the Park Place Subway Station, serviced by the S train. Franklin Avenue Subway Station is eight blocks away, serviced by the A and C trains. DK Real Estate Group will be responsible for the development.
The 74-foot tall structure will yield 14,600 square feet of space, with 11,960 square feet dedicated to residential use. Sixteen apartments will be created, averaging 748 square feet apiece, indicating rentals. Tenants will have access to outdoor recreational space, a lobby, and accessory use in the cellar.
Gerald J. Caliendo Architects will be responsible for the design.
The site is currently vacant. The estimated completion date has not been announced.
