The recently completed office-to-residential conversion of 180 Water Street has officially leased 95% of its residential units. Located in the Financial District, the Metro Loft-developed property only has 25 vacant apartments remaining.
The 395-foot-tall, 29-story conversion brought a total of 573 residences to the market, ranging in size from studios up to three-bedroom units. Prices start at $2,690 per month for a studio, and rise up to a more substantial $7,190 f0r a three-bedroom.
Apartments all feature ten foot ceilings as well as marble kitchens. Remaining available units include high-floor residences with bridge views in the one to three bedroom range.
