The 55-foot tall structure will yield 32,000 square feet, with 10,000 square feet dedicated to a medical facility, and 22,000 square feet for residential use. The community facility will occupy the first and second floor, with four open parking spaces available for its use. 30 apartments will be created, averaging 733 square feet apiece, indicating rentals.

Tenants will have access to eighteen parking spaces, as well as a laundry room, fitness center, bicycle storage, and a rooftop recreational space.

Success Best Design Inc. is listed as responsible for the design.

Demolition permits have not yet been filed for the existing low-slung structure. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
