Karl Fisher‘s most recent design has officially topped off in Manhattan’s Upper East Side. Vitre, located at 302 East 96th Street stands 21 stories tall and will eventually contain 48 condominium residences. When fully complete, the structure will comprise a total 75,995 square feet including private parking accommodations for eight vehicles on the ground floor. The latest update comes from Tectonic.
Interiors by Catherine Serreau-Thompson of Elianart are described as a “contemporary expression of the Upper East Side” with modern styling and classic materials. Kitchen areas will feature distinctive White Carrara marble, a full-suite of imported appliances, and custom crafted cabinetry. Future occupants will also enjoy spacious bathrooms with frameless floor-to-ceiling glass showers, chrome hardware, and grey-toned porcelain tiles.
Vitre represents a joint venture from Wonder Works Development Group, Forbes Development, Mink Development, and Pacific Development & Management Company.
Full completion is expected towards the latter portion of 2018.
