Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 52-11 102nd Street in Corona, Queens. The site is six blocks from the Queens Zoo in Flushing Meadows Corona Park, and eleven blocks away from the 103rd Street subway station, serviced by the 7 train. Yi Diao of Wisdom Property Management LLC is listed as responsible for the development.
The 40-foot tall structure will yield 4,950 square feet for residential use. Seven apartments will be created, averaging 707 square feet apiece, indicating rentals. Two units will occupy each floor, with a single unit occupying the ground floor. Residents will have access to a laundry room.
Fang Architect will be responsible for the design.
Demolition permits for the existing yellow structure have not been filed. The estimated completion date has not been announced.
