Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 1409 Bryant Avenue in Longwood, The Bronx. The site is three blocks away from the Freeman Street subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Moses Freund of the HMF Group is listed as responsible for the development.

The 57-foot tall structure yields just 6,200 square feet, with 5,280 square feet dedicated to residential use. The small space will yield a good amount of residences, though. Nine apartments will be created, averaging 585 square feet apiece, indicating rentals.

ABD Associates will be responsible for the design.

The lot is vacant, meaning construction can start as soon as permits are approved. The estimated completion date has not been announced.
