Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 3471 Fulton Street in Cypress Hills, Brooklyn. The site is six blocks away from the Crescent Street subway station, serviced by the J trains. Tony Chen of Fulton Tower Associates will be responsible for the development.
The site will yield 69,200 square feet, with 28,700 square feet dedicated to residential use, 1,500 square feet for a medical facility, and 16,000 square feet for nine retail shop spaces. 30 apartments would be created, averaging 956 square feet apiece, indicating condominiums. An 85-car garage will be included on site, but indicates no specifics for bicycle parking.
TL Engineering will be responsible for the design.
Demolition permits were filed in mid-August. The estimated completion date has not been announced.
