Permits are up for a six-story residential building at 1686 Davidson Avenue in Morris Heights, The Bronx. Located between West 174th Street and West Clifford Place, the site is four city blocks away from the 174-175 Street subway station, serviced by the B and D trains. Ardit Dekaj, president of Accrete Construction Group is listed as owner for the property.
New plans for the 65-foot tall structure will yield 14,283 square feet, with 11,436 square feet dedicated to residential use. The structure will have 17 apartments, with an average of 672 square feet apiece, indicating rentals. Additional details include a cellar, rooftop, and rear yard 33 feet long.
Fernando Geremia’s Pelham, N.Y.-based Fred Geremia Architects & Planne is responsible for the design.
Demolition permits were filed in August 2018 for two-story building currently on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
