Located between West Burnside Avenue and Morton Place, the lot is near the Burnside Avenue subway station, served by the 4 train. Yidel Wienberger is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 115-foot-tall development will yield 29,204 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 53 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 551 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a 20-foot-long rear yard.
Leandro Nils Dickson Architect is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
