    Come on LND Architect, let’s break that Bronx new construction curse and have something decent here. Ugly doesn’t save money.

  2. Yes make sure these are decently sized apartments not boxes like 1896 University Avenue. Bronx residents deserve a comfortable home that is thoughtfully designed.
