Permits have been filed for a five-story apartment building at 114 15th Street, in Brooklyn. Located in Gowanus on the interior block between 3rd Avenue and 4th Avenue, the lot is two blocks north of the Prospect Avenue subway station, serviced by the R train. Also nearby is the 4th Avenue-9th Street subway station, serviced by the F and G trains. Bob Delidimitriou of Delidakis Construction Co. is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 50-foot tall project has 16,549 square feet designated for residential space. It will have 20 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 827 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and a rear yard 33 feet long.
Darius Toraby Architects, PC, is responsible for the design.
No demolition permits have been filed for the garage currently on the lot. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
