Sales have launched this week on condominium residences in a new residential development at 575 Fourth Avenue in South Slope, Brooklyn. Designed by Fischer+Makooi for The Daten Group, the 12-story building contains 70 units that range from one to four bedrooms.

Condominium prices range from $675,000 to over $2.5 million. Each home is outfitted with wide-plank oak flooring, open kitchens with furnished appliances, detailed bathrooms, noise-isolating window systems, and energy-efficient heating systems. Two townhouse units will also include private backyards and parking spaces adjacent to their apartments.

All residents will also have access to a private, quarter-acre backyard that will feature a lush, green lawn. The parks will include seating, an outdoor theater for entertaining, a children’s playground, a dog run, a fire pit, barbecue grills, and outdoor kitchenettes.

An additional outdoor area at the roof level of the property will include a dining area, outdoor showers, and four “villas” available for purchase that offer water and gas hookups for private entertaining.

The ground level of the property will also support 4,500 square feet of retail area.

As reported by YIMBY in 2015, The Daten Group purchased the lot assemblage for around $20 million from the former owners. While the project was originally expected to be completed by the close of 2018, a new estimated date is not officially confirmed.

This building looks 11 story, not 12. Looks nice, not ordinary 12 story glass boxes along 4th Avenue in Brooklyn, something not ordinary in that building, 4th Avenue became a collection of New 12 story, 11 story buildings almost on every intersection!!!
Anything from ODA to local creative architect and designers. It is a Park Slope, Sunset Park, up to Hearth of Downtown Brooklyn, a new busy city center in 2,6 mln people Borough.
Making 4th Avenue Street scape little bit step down from ordinary, just adding on the 3-4 story crowned over podium part extra arches, or different cladding, sometimes using true creative individual forms and materials.
4th Avenue already became interesting collection in whole City of such “outside for being just ordinary” structures and their 11-12 story buildings are the best examples for this.
