Permits have been filed for a four-story commercial building at 2752 West 16th Street in Coney Island, Brooklyn. Located between Neptune Avenue and Hart Place, the interior lot is two blocks west of the Coney Island-Stillwell Avenue subway station, serviced by the D, F, N, and Q trains. Edward Vugmayster under the 2752 West 16 Street LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 49-foot-tall development will yield 16,503 square feet designated for commercial space. The concrete-based warehouse will be located in the light manufacturing district.
