Permits have been filed for an 18-story apartment building at 115 East 55th Street in Midtown East, Manhattan. Located between Park Avenue and Lexington Avenue, the lot is four blocks south of the Lexington Avenue-59th Street subway station, serviced by the N, R, and W trains. Also nearby is the Lexington Avenue-53 Street subway station, serviced by the E and M trains. Zeckendorf Development is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 185-foot-tall development will yield 71,961 square feet, with 59,819 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 62 residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 964 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and a 30-foot-long rear yard.
SLCE Architects is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits were filed in April of this year for the four adjacent townhouses currently on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.

I don’t want to say too much, and now I’m not detaching from your report. So I should not slip out the profanity that you can see, that’s not my habit. I will go after I finished my reading. (Thank you very much)
