Installation of 40 Bleecker Street‘s warm-colored brick façade has begun behind the black construction netting and scaffolding that cover the NoHo property. Designed by Rawlings Architects and developed by Broad Street Development, the 12-story residential building topped out in early 2019. Ryan Korban is the interior designer of the development’s 61 units, and Edmund Hollander Design is the landscape architect. A mix of one- to five-bedroom homes will come with the project. Fredrik Eklund of Bravo TV show Million Dollar Listing New York, John Gomes, and Sarah Burke are on the Douglas Elliman Development Marketing team in charge of sales and marketing.

New photos reveal the envelope showing through the netting in the afternoon sun.

Six penthouses will sit on the upper levels of the structure, each with its own private outdoor terrace. These areas form the stepped design of the top floors.

Amenities for 40 Bleecker Street will include an indoor 58-foot-long swimming pool, an exercise room with a stretching studio, bicycle storage, a limited number of underground parking spaces, and concierge service with a live-in superintendent. There will also be a private, 5,600-square-foot outdoor green space for residents, designed with reflecting pools, chevron-tiled pathways, and Zen waterfalls.

Completion of 40 Bleecker Street is expected by the end of 2019.
