Permits have been filed for a six-story mixed-use building at 408 Lefferts Avenue in Prospect Lefferts Gardens, Brooklyn. Located at the intersection of New York Avenue and Lefferts Avenue, the lot is near the Sterling Street subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Tolib Mansurov under the 410 Lefferts LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 65-foot-tall development will yield 68,060 square feet, with 40,110 square feet designated for residential space and 3,019 square feet for community facility space. The building will have 56 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 716 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have 27 enclosed parking spaces.

Demolition permits were filed in May 2019. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
