Permits have been filed for a five-story residential building at 248 Winthrop Street in Prospect Lefferts Gardens, Brooklyn. Located between Rogers Avenue and Nostrand Avenue, the interior lot is steps from the Winthrop Street subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. David Sinay under the Bless Winthrop LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 52-foot-tall development will yield 21,692 square feet, with 15,904 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 24 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 662 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and a 57-foot-long rear yard.

Demolition permits were filed in June 2019. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
