Located between Lakeview Place and West 253rd Street, the interior lot is closest to the 242nd Street subway station, serviced by the 1 train. Stagg Group is listed as the owner behind the applications. YIMBY last reported on this property when Long Island-based developers Varkaris filed permits in 2014 with Purcell Architects.

    Iam a senior living in Riverdale 35 years. Would like to remain in this area the apts to be be built on post will be perfect for me and my husband. He is still working.please send me an application for a one Bedroom. Thanks We will need parking also.
