Permits have been filed for a seven-story residential building at 1367 Eastern Parkway in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. Located between Portal Street and Ralph Avenue, the interior lot is three blocks east of the Utica Avenue subway station, serviced by the 3, 4, and 5 trains. Zalmen Kaufman under the 1367 EP NY LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 70-foot-tall development will yield 39,274 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 31 residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 1,266 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, a 30-foot-long rear yard, and 16 enclosed parking spaces.

Amr Ouda is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits were filed in March of this year for the three-story home on the property. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
