Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 341 13th Street in Park Slope, Brooklyn. Located between 6th and 7th Avenues, the interior lot is four blocks from the 7th Street subway station, serviced by the F and G trains. Artem Golynkin under the 341 13th Street LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 50-foot-tall development will yield 6,601 square feet, with 4,510 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have four residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 1,127 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and a 39-foot-long rear yard.
Igor Zaslavskiy of Zproekt is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits were filed in July 2020 for a two-story residential building on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
