“Affordable” up to $183,000 is one way to keep out the riff raff.

    • Yes , making $200, 000 a year and having to rely on an “affordable lottery” to live in Jackson Heights, Queens..George Orwell is laughing from his grave.

    • In Jamaica, Queens. Go for it may as well live in Nassau County. No building so far is worth those rents.

  6. What can i get if I’m on unemployment due to vivid 19 and only made 14,800 this year and now have 380,000 in PPP loans? Because I’m not ESSENTIAL like all those news anchors making 2 million a year and telling us to LOCKDOWN??? IT DOESN’T AFFECT THEM. OR THERE WOULD BE A PAID LOCKDOWN. NYC IS BS.

It took alot to raise 3 kids and get them thru private school and some college. It left us empty of funds. I would like more information on the lottery and how it works.
