Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 151 Freeman Street in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Located between Franklin Street and Manhattan Avenue, the interior lot is close to the Greenpoint Avenue subway station, serviced by the G train. Asaf Ben-Nun under the 151 Freeman Street Owner, LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 46-foot-tall development will yield 7,084 square feet, with 4,979 square feet designated for residential space.
