Unfortunately, an update to the Housing Connect website this week has apparently left the system rather glitchy, as it now lists incorrect numbers of units remaining, and the photos and renderings have similarly become defunct, all in the midst of New York City’s worst housing crisis since the 1930s.

The housing lottery closes in four days for Van Dyke II, a 12-story mixed-use development at 405 Dumont Avenue in Brownsville, Brooklyn. Designed by SLCE Architects and developed by Trinity Financial in partnership with the city’s Department of Housing Preservation and Development, the Housing Development Corporation, and the Housing Authority, the building has 125 units available on NYC Housing Connect for residents at 30 to 60 percent of the area median income, ranging in eligible income from $15,086 to $84,600.
32 Units in 885 Rogers Plaza in East Flatbush, Brooklyn
The housing lottery closes in seven days for 885 Rogers Plaza, a seven-story mixed-use development at 885 Rogers Avenue in East Flatbush, Brooklyn. Designed by S. Wieder Architect and developed by Anshel Friedman, the building has 32 units available on NYC Housing Connect at 130 percent of the area median income, ranging in eligible income from $61,715 to $159,640.
16 Units in CLOTH Amsterdam in Washington Heights, Manhattan
The housing lottery closes in four days for CLOTH Amsterdam, a collection of 16 renovated rental units across four buildings including 2110 Amsterdam Avenue, 2185 Amsterdam Avenue, 2488 Seventh Avenue, and 2794 Eighth Avenue in Washington Heights, Manhattan. The buildings have 16 units available on NYC Housing Connect at 50 to 60 percent of the area median income, ranging in eligible income from $26,023 to $84,600.
6 Units in 387 Bleecker Street in Bushwick, Brooklyn
The housing lottery closes in six days for a six-story residential development at 387 Bleecker Street in Bushwick, Brooklyn.
