The affordable housing lottery has launched for 250 Lenox Road, a seven-story residential building in East Flatbush, Brooklyn. The 21,780-square-foot development was designed by Diego Aguilera Architects and yields 24 units. Available on NYC Housing Connect are seven units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $67,886 to $133,120.
Residential amenities include a shared laundry room, gym, bike storage lockers, and rooftop terrace. The building will also have parking for eight vehicles.
At 130 percent of the AMI, there are four studios with a $1,980 monthly rent for incomes ranging from $67,886 to $118,300 and three one-bedrooms with a $2,150 monthly rent for incomes ranging from $73,715 to $133,120.
Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than April 15, 2021.
