Permits have been filed for a five-story residential building at 42-10 147th Street in Flushing, Queens. Located between Sanford Avenue and Ash Avenue, the interior lot is closest to the Main Street subway station, serviced by the 7 train. Tanfeng Huang under the J&J 147th Realty LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 60-foot-tall development will yield 9,771 square feet, with 7,301 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have ten residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 730 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a cellar, penthouse, and a 36-foot-long rear yard.

Li Architect Associate, PLLC is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits were filed in January for the two-story residential building on the property. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
