Available on NYC Housing Connect are two units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $80,572 to $167,570.
Units have hardwood floors and balconies. Residences amenities include a shared laundry room and an elevator. Tenants are responsible for electricity, which includes electric stove, hot water, and heat.
At 130 percent of the AMI, there are two two-bedrooms with a $2,350 monthly rent for incomes ranging from $80,572 to $167,570.
Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than May 27, 2021.

I think buying a house will be more affordable & a investment to make money. This is just sad. You are working for the Landlord/Management
