The affordable housing lottery has launched for 74-10 Broadway, a six-story mixed-use building in Elmhurst, Queens. Available on NYC Housing Connect are three units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $75,429 to $167,570.

Amenities include pet-friendly residences, an elevator, and washers and dryers in units.

At 130 percent of the AMI, there are three two-bedrooms with a $2,200 monthly rent for incomes ranging from $75,429 to $167,570.

Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than June 28, 2021.

    It’s sad that only people with a rich income get to live i a decent place like come on why not give it a chance to all who dont make millions a year to be able to enjoy it a decent community is crazy I maybe don’t make a big sum of money at year but can pay my rental to under my income
