The affordable housing lottery has launched for 74-10 Broadway, a six-story mixed-use building in Elmhurst, Queens. Available on NYC Housing Connect are three units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $75,429 to $167,570.
Amenities include pet-friendly residences, an elevator, and washers and dryers in units.
At 130 percent of the AMI, there are three two-bedrooms with a $2,200 monthly rent for incomes ranging from $75,429 to $167,570.
Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than June 28, 2021.
