Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 41-15 76th Street in Elmhurst, Queens. Located between Woodside Avenue and 41st Avenue, the lot is near the 74 Street–Broadway and Jackson Heights–Roosevelt Avenue subway stations, served by the 7, E, F, M, and R trains. Maung Maung is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 44-foot-tall development will yield 6,859 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have eight residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 857 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and a 22-foot-long rear yard.
Xiucheng Li of Bayside Engineering PC is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits were filed last year for the three-story residential building on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
