Designed by BDF Design with interiors by BEAM Architects and developed by Promont NYC, the structure yields 42 residences, ground-floor community facility space, and parking for seven vehicles. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 13 units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $76,286 to $167,570.
Amenities include pet-friendly policies, wheelchair accessibility, a dog washing station, gym, storage, bike storage, package lockers, virtual doorman, assigned parking, and outdoor spaces including a rooftop terrace. Units feature name-brand appliances and finishes, dishwasher, air conditioning, washer and dryer, and hardwood floors.
At 130 percent of the AMI, there are 13 two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,225 for incomes ranging from $76,286 to $167,570.
Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than August 24, 2021.
