The affordable housing lottery has launched for The Pilot, an eight-story mixed-use building at 1543 East 19th Street in Midwood, Brooklyn. Designed by Bricolage Designs, the structure yields 67,810 square feet and 50 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 15 units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $64,972 to $167,570.

Units have modern finishes, hardwood flooring, steel appliance packages, granite countertops, quartzite backsplashes, split heating and cooling systems, washer and dryer units, king-sized bedrooms, and private outdoor space.
