Permits have been filed for an eight-story residential building at 43-12 50th Street in Woodside, Queens. Located between 43rd Avenue and Roosevelt Avenue, the lot is near the 52nd Street-Lincoln Avenue subway station, serviced by the 7 train. Matthew Lawrence of Sarana Development is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 80-foot-tall development will yield 6,754 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 61 residences. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, a 32-foot-long rear yard, and 31 enclosed parking spaces.
Durodeco Architecture & Engineering is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits were filed in October for the two-story building on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
