stop calling this AFFORDABLE HOUSING
This is income based housing and isn’t affordable to anyone but upper middle class and upper income.
What a joke.
What low income people can afford these units ????

Hi my name is Jacqueline Davis Can you send me the application For those apartments this coming up I appreciate it very much I will send you my address 12-50 35Th Ave Astoria New York 11106 apt 2G
Send in the clowns because this is a obviously a comedy. Affordable housing my patoot. This is not affordable for the people who are looking for affordable housing! $1200 a month even $1,500 a month maybe… Ideally much lower than that… How much tax breaks are you getting from this farce? I would have rather have kept the strip club that was there and kept the neighborhood around it affordable tbh!!
