Located at the intersection of Franklin Avenue and Park Place, the corner lot is within walking distance of the Franklin Avenue-Medgar Evers College subway station, serviced by the 2, 3, 4, and 5 trains. Oren Sauberman under the RW 705 Franklin LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 87-foot-tall development will yield 47,094 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 58 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 811 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, a 40-foot-long rear yard, and 21 enclosed parking spaces.
DXA Studio is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
