Permits have been filed for a six-story mixed-use building at 676 Myrtle Avenue in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. Located between Bedford Avenue and Skillman Street, the lot is near the Myrtle-Willoughby Avenues subway station, serviced by the G train. Joel Werczberger of Watermark is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 65-foot-tall development will yield 19,288 square feet, with 15,716 square feet designated for residential space and 3,572 square feet for commercial space. The building will have 20 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 785 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, storage for 10 bikes, and a 35-foot-long rear yard.

ND Architecture & Design is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits have not been filed yet for the parking lot on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
