Located between Leavitt Street and Union Street, the lot is near the Main Street subway station, serviced by the 7 train. Shalom Zirkiev under the 32 Flushing LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 74-foot-tall development will yield 36,252 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 32 residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 1,132 square feet. The structure will also have a cellar, a 30-foot-long rear yard, and 21 enclosed parking spaces.
Michael Muroff Architect is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
