Permits have been filed for a new industrial-use high-rise building at 28-90 Review Avenue in Long Island City, Queens. Located at the intersection of Borden Avenue and Review Avenue, the lot is near the Hunters Point subway station, serviced by the 7 train. Andrew Chung is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 158-foot-tall development will yield 350,222 square feet designated for manufacturing space across six stories. The steel-based structure will also have 174 enclosed parking spaces.
KSS Architects LLP is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
